Namcomycin 500 gm.
Each vial Contains:
Vancomycin Hydrochloride USP Eq. to Vancomycin 500 gm
Dosage:
As directed by the physician.
Storage: Store at a temperature not exceeding 30’C.
Do not allow it to freeze.
Direction for use: Dissolve the contents of the vial with Sterile Water for Injection USP and use
immediately.
Caution: If any foreign particle is visible in the vial after the reconstitution of contents please do not use the
solution.
This pack contains one of Sterile Water for Injection USP.
Keep out of reach of children.
